Shall We Celebrate Kwanzaa?!?

Posted on December 19, 2013 at 2:40 PM

Come celebrate diversity with us at the 2013 Kwanzaa Celebration! The Holidays are a great time of year to find appreciation in those around you. We should be proud to have such a variety of cultures around us. Celebrating one another's triumphs is a great way to come together and unite. Bring your family to the Roosevelt Field Mall at the Macy's Court (near Torneau Jewelers) and help celebrate this weeklong celebration.

Kwanzaa is a weeklong celebration in the United States that celebrates African heritage all over the world. Created in 1966, every year we universally celebrate Kwanzaa from December 26- January 1. A lot like Christmas, there is a celbration of gift giving and a feast!

Join Ed Mangano and all who celebrate for an hour on Monday, December 30 from 6:30pm-7:30pm and help create a more unified Long Island.
