To begin to recognize negative behaviors, one can practice generating more awareness and insightfulness. After each experience, stop for a moment to recognize what occurred in the experience. When things do not turn out as positive as you would have liked, try to identify how things could have gone differently in order to achieve a better outcome. Here are some ways to do that:
a) Create a daily journal. Write down your experiences each day.
b) At the end of each week, review your journal.
c) After reviewing the journal weekly, make a list of what you do want and what you don’t want in your life.
d) Start to make these positive changes in your life. For example, take one thing you don’t like about yourself and start to create positive changes. Don’t move on to the next change until you have reached the results you desire. One day at a time. You are always in control over your life. Only you can make these positive changes. Hypnosis works so well to help you move forward in your life as long as you are active in working on the resolution.
This blog really helps us realize the power of positivity. It teaches us not to dwell on the negativity in life. Every hardship we may face can be a challenge, but one that can inspire growth and increased self awareness. Try new things, get inspired and start living a healthier, happier life!
