Posted on September 18, 2012 at 4:45 PM

11 Year Old Brielle Caro is designing dresses for Angela’s House and will debut her collection at the historical Oheka Castle at the end of the Month.

(BOHEMIA, New York) September 13, 2012. Young designer Brielle Caro has teamed up with Geraci Condello for an exclusive fall fashion show to be held on September 27th at Oheka Castle in Huntington. This glamorous affair, which will kick off with a 7:00 pm, cocktail reception, will benefit non-profit Angela’s House. 100% of the proceeds made from the event will be directly donated to the organization that assists medically-fragile children and their families.

In the past few months, the 11 year old has fulfilled one of her dreams to design clothes and to give back to charity. She teamed up with the Saint James’ boutique designers Madeline Grudens and her mother Madeline Sangiorgio. Brielle, of Smithtown, always had a knack for design illustrations in her young life. So when she was introduced to the owner of Geraci Condello, the idea to join forces in creating a line was only natural. "I've been working with Brielle to apprentice her in Fashion Design, and in the few months I've been training her I found her to be exceptionally intuitive, in addition to being sweet and humble,” states Grudens. Both Grudens and Sangiorgio continue, “We are all intrigued by this ambitious and talented young lady and we look forward to helping her develop her talent and find the path she will ultimately take."

Already the young fashionista has garnered interest in her line. Brielle was featured on Mad House TV’s show, “Rendezvous with Alysia” on Saturday, June 9th, at 11am. Then, on July 1st, Brielle and her mother were, on WLNY-TV 55’s “FOCUS” with host Richard Rose at 6:30 am and 2:30 pm.

Local celebrities will take the catwalk to help bring awareness to Angela’s House. The glamorous models include Ms. Senior America Gail King, Live It Up! TV Host Donna Drake, Pro Mod Drag Racer Dina Parise, Miss LI Teen 2012 Catherine Manett, Miss International 2012 Kayla Sulla, Author and TV Host Alysia Stern, as well as many more generous participants! Special furry guest model Chewee the Leonberger will also take part in the show.

The night’s entertainment will include music provided WRCN’S 103.9. Live music will feature Commack Idol’s winner and contestant Alyssa Curio and Katie Zimmer. YouTube sensation Jenna Rose and California hit-maker Aki Starr will be performing, as well. Starr is writing a song specifically for the event which he will debut on the night.

“The fall fashion show promises to be a unique and exciting event,” said Karin Caro, the designer’s mother and CEO of BluChip Marketing, “We are thrilled to partner with Geraci Condello. Their direction in fashion and extraordinary generosity make them the ideal partner for this event.”
